This Privacy Policy must be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of the Supplier, Terms and Conditions of Business with your Agent Loaded 24 7, How to Order, Shipping by Supplier, Shipping by Loaded 24 7, Privacy Policy and the Returns Policy of Supplier and Loaded 24 7's liability of Goods are returned.

(1) Controllers of data

Information which you provide to Loaded 24 7 is held by
Loaded 24 7 Limited trading as Loaded 24 7 (registered in Jersey, Channel Islands Company Number 84712), of PO Box 847, Jersey, Channel Islands JE4 0UZ.

(2) What information does Loaded 24 7 hold?

(a) When you open a Customer Account, you provide Loaded 24 7 with the following information which is held:

(i) Your name
(ii) Your e-mail address
(iii) Your telephone number

(b) You will also need to provide Loaded 24 7 with the following additional information which Loaded 24 7 will hold:

(i) Your Credit Card Details, including the number, billing address, start and expiry dates (if required) and the issue number (Switch only)

(ii) Your Delivery Address (if different from the billing address)

3. What does Loaded 24 7 do with Your Information?

(a) Loaded 24 7 collects the information referred to above in order to facilitate their service contract with you and to allow the Supplier to provide you with the Goods.

(b) When you open a Customer Account, you will be required to consent to Loaded 24 7's collection and use of your information by ticking the box on the customer account form. You will not be able to continue to open a Customer Account, or to enter into any contract with Loaded 24 7 unless you do so.

(c) You will be able to use your Customer Account to view the progress of our service.

(d) Loaded 24 7 does not sell, trade or rent customer information to third parties.

(e) Loaded 24 7 may employ other companies or individuals to carry out services on its behalf in connection with your order. It will also place orders on your behalf as agent with Suppliers. Such persons will have access to information which you have provided in order to supply the Goods and services, but they may not use or process it for any other purpose.

(f) The Supplier may be outside the European Economic Area. By opening a Customer Account You expressly consent to the transfer of your information by Loaded 24 7 to such companies, individuals and Suppliers.

(g) Loaded 24 7 may use information provided by you to monitor usage of the Website, and compile sales and other statistical information about the use of the Website and its services for its own use. Loaded 24 7 may disclose this material to its advisers or bankers, but such disclosure will not contain any material which could identify you.

(h) Loaded 24 7 would like to forward information to your e-mail address to advertise and inform you about services which may be available using the service provided by Loaded 24 7, or about changes to the Website which may occur.

(i) When you set up Your Customer Account, you will be asked whether you wish to receive such information by ticking the appropriate box.

(j) If you opt into our mailing list, you can instruct Loaded 24 7 to remove your e-mail address from Loaded 24 7's mailing list at any time by sending a blank e-mail from your registered e-mail address to sales@loaded247.com putting "unsubscribe" in the subject field.

(k) All Loaded 24 7 employees, agents, sub-agents, sub-contractors and Suppliers are required to acknowledge that they understand and will comply with this Privacy Policy. Loaded 24 7employees who violate this policy will be subject to disciplinary action.

4. Amending Your details

You will be able to update the information held by us at any time by logging in to your Customer Account.

5. Disclaimer

(a) Loaded 24 7 cannot guarantee 100% that any transmission over the internet is totally secure. Loaded 24 7 uses COMODO 128bit SSL which encrypts all information you input before it is forwarded to us or our card processing agent, however Loaded 24 7 cannot ensure or warrant the security of these services and you use the Website at your own risk. Once Loaded 24 7 receives your information Loaded 24 7 will use its best endeavours to ensure that it is secure. Loaded 24 7 reserve the right to request proof of your identity before Loaded 24 7 discuss your information with you.

(b) You should be aware that hyperlinked websites may collect data or solicit personal information from you. Hyperlinked websites are not bound by this policy and you are advised to read and consider any privacy policies which they may have carefully. Loaded 24 7 is not responsible for any information that a hyperlinked website may collect from you or process in any way.

6. Variations to the Privacy Policy

Loaded 24 7 reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Any change to the Privacy Policy will be published on this page. If you place an order after we have made changes, you will be deemed to have accepted them.
