Jet Li is an undercover agent from China on a mission to infiltrate a notorious triad gang. Anita Mui plays a Hong Kong cop whose investigations lead her to believe that Li is not the criminal that everybody thinks. Features martial arts dynamo Xie Miao as Li's son.
