How To Order

(1) Select the Goods you wish using the "Order" button, which will add items to your shopping cart. You will then view your shopping carts contents. If you wish to continue ordering more goods then you can return to the shopping site and continue ordering goods by clicking the site navigation buttons. Then find another item and click the "order" button and continue the process again.

You will be able to alter the contents of the shopping cart at any time before authorising the debit of Your Credit Card.

(2) The Website will show whether or not the Goods are currently available from the Supplier. If the Goods are not currently available, the Website will show when the goods are expected to become available.

If you decide to order Goods that are not currently available, then the Supplier will despatch them as soon as the Supplier reasonably can after they become available.

If Loaded 24 7 is advised that the Supplier is unable to supply you the Goods within 30 days of Future Entertainments confirmation of order then Loaded 24 7 as your agent will contact you, via e-mail and advise you of alternative Goods that the Supplier can provide you with to the same value or a refund will be provided in accordance with Returns Policy by Supplier and Loaded 24 7's Liability if Goods are Returned.

(3) When you have completed your selection and can see the contents of your shopping cart, click the "Check out" button. If you already have a Customer Account you will be invited to enter your user name and password, in order to login and carry on.

If you do not have a Customer Account you will be invited to register and open one. You will not be able to enter into a service contract with Loaded 24 7 (see Terms and Conditions of Business with Your Agent Loaded 24 7) to carry out the agency service for you or enter into a contract with the Supplier to obtain the Goods (see Terms and Conditions of the Supplier) unless you have a valid Customer Account.

(4) As part of the registration or login procedure, you will be asked to read and consent to the Privacy Policy. You will not be able to proceed unless you do so.

(5) After you have logged in, and you are happy with the contents of your shopping cart, click the "Check Out" button.

(6) You will then be asked if you wish to have the Goods dispatched to a different address to the credit card address. If you do require your goods to be sent to a different address then enter the delivery address in the necessary box.

(7) You will be required to provide a valid e-mail address and a contact telephone number as part of the ordering process. If you provide an invalid e-mail address, you will be contacted by telephone to confirm your e-mail address.

(8) You will then be invited to agree to the Terms and Conditions of Business with your Agent Loaded 24 7 and Terms and Conditions of the Supplier.

You will not be able to proceed unless you agree to abide by both sets of Terms and Conditions because you will be entering into two contracts; one for agency Service and one for supply of the Goods.

(9)You will then be connected via a secure server to a Credit Card processing agent. You will then need to provide Credit Card Details for payment. After you have provided your Credit Card Details and they have been accepted then payment will be debited from your Credit Card.

(10) In order to provide a secure online ordering environment, Loaded 24 7 uses COMODO 128 bit SSL to connect your Internet browser to our card processing agent.

(11) If the payment is processed successfully, you will receive confirmation from our card processing agent by web window. You should print this out, or save it somewhere secure. This is the moment when Loaded 24 7 will begin to act as your agent and you will enter into a contract with the Supplier to supply the Goods to you in due course.

(12) The money will then be held in a separate account on your behalf until payment is made to the Supplier.

(13) Loaded 24 7 will then send you an e-mail to advise you that the money has been debited from the credit card.

(14) You will then receive a Dispatch Notice by e-mail to the address provided by you to advise you that the goods have been dispatched from Loaded 24 7 to you. Acknowledging receipt of your order. You should print this out, or save it somewhere secure.

(15) You will receive your Goods within 10 days of receiving the Dispatch Notice from Loaded 24 7 if a UK customer with UK delivery address or 30 days if European Customer with European Delivery address.

If you do not receive your Goods within this time frame then e-mail sales@loaded247.co.uk titled "missing Goods" stating:
1. Your name
2. Your Account Number
3. Your invoice Number
4. Title of missing Goods
5. Date of receiving the Acknowledgement of Order
6. Whether you wish to reorder the Goods or require a refund
